Gordy is a UEFA A-licensed coach and a member of the Football League Managers Association. He provides technical advisory services to clubs in the U.S., develops players for domestic and international opportunities, and owns an international player development company. Hill also organizes tours for teams, players, and clubs to the UK, and conducts courses on excellence in performance and culture.
