darien lake residential soccer camp Faq’s
Who will my player be rooming with? At registration please select who you would like to room with. We will do all that we can to accommodate all requests. Rooms accommodate 6 players and will be split by gender and age.
Will my player be chaperoned at all times? The answer to this question depends on age. Any players from u11 down will always be with a chaperone. Older players will need to earn the trust and respect of staff to be given “free time" around the park. These Players will then use the buddy system and be in a group chat with camp directors. There will be headcount checks at meeting points.
How will groups be split on the field? Players will originally be split up by age. Movement may go on throughout the week if needed. This is a JGP Soccer decision and not a parent decision. All players will come together at points throughout the week to play in competitive games and events.
Who will be coaching my player? JGP Soccer staff are from all over the world. Our lead coach Jaime Phillips (RNY FC Youth Director of Coaching) brings a European style of coaching to the camp. All of our head coaches are currently coaching in the Rochester area with premier clubs and High School or College. All of our assistants are either still playing or have recently graduated from the college game. All of our coaches are UEFA and or USSF licensed and CPR trained.
In case of an emergency who do I contact? Jaime Phillips will be contactable 24/7 throughout the camp. You can reach Jaime by cell at (585) 355-7011. All players will also be given Staff contact details in case of emergency.
Information on Medication, what to pack, drop off and pick up location and much more will be sent out to all registered players before the event start date.

JGP Soccer’s Little Dribblers
About
Little Dribblers offers exciting and educational coaching for the littlest of players. During our 30 minute classes, each player will have their own ball which they will take on an adventure, learning every step of the way. From themes such as dribbling through the jungle, passing on the moon or even striking under the sea, your player will fall in love with soccer! Little Dribblers focuses on individual skills, fitness and an introduction to understanding the game.
Our curriculum is designed by Coach Jaime to ensure all players leave the class with a smile and a new skill! Coach Jaime who coaches all over the Rochester area from College to premier level has a diverse and impressive level of experience from across the globe. He has coached with the Scottish FA, Chicago Fire Juniors, The DISNEY Soccer Academy and Happy Feet. Coach Jaime brings lots of experience and excitement to every class. Whilst his background is impressive, Coach Jaime is proud to be working with the future generations of soccer.
